Operations FAQ
No. We establish strict structural boundaries. The VA only receives "Data Entry" or "Read-Only" access to your CRM and payment processors (like Stripe or PayPal). They can view transaction histories to process receipts, but they cannot initiate transfers, refunds, or access your core bank accounts.
Most gift processing and acknowledgement is done via email and physical letters. However, if you require outbound "Thank You" calls or calls to follow up on failed recurring credit cards, we can set up a VoIP line for the VA to execute those calls using your approved scripts.
For physical checks, your on-site team will scan or photograph the batch of checks (and associated envelopes/notes) into a secure shared drive. The VA will then take that digital file, manually enter each gift into the CRM, and queue up the tax receipts for printing or emailing.
