Do these VAs actually write code or deploy infrastructure?
No. Our VAs are highly skilled technical administrators, not Cloud Engineers or Developers. They exist to handle the documentation, project management (Jira), formatting (Lucidchart), and reporting (FinOps) so that *you* and your engineers can focus exclusively on writing code, terraform, and designing architecture.
What about security and access to my AWS/Azure environment?
Security is paramount. You should apply the Principle of Least Privilege. We recommend providing the VA with strictly Read-Only access (e.g., `ViewOnlyAccess` in AWS) just to view Cost Explorer or read configurations for documentation. They do not need, and should not be given, root or write access to production environments.
Will they know my specific Agile/Jira workflow?
Our VAs are familiar with standard Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Trello, and Asana. However, every agency uses Jira a little differently.
