What Can Your Link Building VA Handle?

Outreach is a numbers game that requires meticulous organization. Offload the tedious pipeline management so your SEO leads can focus on high-level strategy.

High-DR Prospecting

Scraping Google and Ahrefs to find relevant, non-spammy websites within your niche that meet your specific Domain Rating (DR) and traffic metrics.

Contact Info Sourcing

Bypassing generic "info@" emails. Using tools like Hunter.io or LinkedIn to find the exact name and email address of the content manager or SEO editor.

Personalized Pitching

Sending customized cold emails for guest posts, broken link building, or link insertions, and managing automated follow-up sequences in Mailshake or Pitchbox.

HARO & PR Monitoring

Monitoring Help A Reporter Out (HARO) and Qwoted feeds daily, organizing relevant queries, and prepping rapid responses for your experts to approve.

Inbox & Negotiation Triage

Filtering the outreach inbox. Separating rejections from active leads, negotiating admin fees within your budget, and coordinating with your content writers.

Live Link Tracking

Maintaining the master CRM or Google Sheet. Verifying when links go live, checking if they are 'DoFollow', and tracking the overall monthly link velocity.

Protect Your Domain

Traditional Platforms vs. SageDoer

Spammy PBN links can destroy your site. We provide managed, trained professionals who execute strict white-hat strategies—not independent gig-workers.

Operational Standard Standard Freelance Platforms SageDoer Managed Teams
Pricing Structure Agencies charge $150 - $300+ per individual link placement. Pay a flat $6-$7/hr. You own every link they build with no markups.
Quality Assurance High risk of receiving toxic PBN or link-farm placements. Dedicated QA Manager audits prospect lists to ensure zero toxic domains.
Outreach Fluency Poor English in pitches leads to your domain being marked as spam. Internally vetted assistants with flawless English for natural, high-converting pitches.
Hiring & Deployment Speed Weeks spent interviewing, testing logic, and comparing options. Instant deployment. We match and assign the right specialist immediately.
Absence Security Freelancer goes offline, halting your entire outreach pipeline. Seamless internal replacements managed by us with zero workflow disruption.

Frequently Asked Questions

Outreach & Operations FAQs

Realistic answers addressing tools, white-hat strategy, and workflow execution.

Absolutely not. We train our assistants strictly on White-Hat outreach methods (Guest Posting, Broken Link Building, HARO, Skyscraper). They manually scrape and vet prospects based on the strict DR and traffic minimums you define, ensuring no toxic links are acquired.
Yes. Our Virtual Assistants utilize your existing agency toolset to execute the work. We recommend providing a sub-user seat or using secure password management tools (like LastPass) to grant access to your Ahrefs, Pitchbox, or email sending accounts securely.
No. This specific VA role is focused entirely on *prospecting, outreach, and relationship management*. Once an editor approves a guest post pitch, the VA will assign the writing task to your in-house writers or content team, and follow up with the editor once the draft is ready.
With standard freelancers, your outreach pipeline stalls, and editors get ghosted. At SageDoer, we maintain a deep internal team. If your primary assistant is absent, your dedicated Project Manager steps in or assigns a cross-trained substitute immediately so emails keep sending.
