We never ask for your personal passwords. The most secure way is to use a scheduling tool like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite where you can invite the VA as an "Editor" or "Admin". If direct access is required, we use secure, encrypted password managers so the VA never sees the actual password.
It's a collaborative process. We highly recommend you provide the raw materials (photos of listings, raw videos of you talking or doing walkthroughs). The VA will then take that raw material, edit it, design it, and write the captions based on your brand voice. They can also suggest trending audio or video concepts for you to film.
During onboarding, you will provide a Brand Kit (logos, fonts, colors, and examples of accounts you like). Your dedicated PM acts as an Art Director. Before the VA schedules a week of content, the PM reviews the graphics and captions against your Brand Kit to ensure consistency and quality before you review them.
