You make the final selection of which comps to use and apply all professional valuation adjustments to comply with USPAP.
How do they access my software (TOTAL, ClickForms) securely?

Most appraisers set up a secure Remote Desktop connection (using tools like AnyDesk, SplashTop, or Chrome Remote Desktop) or utilize cloud-based versions of their software. This ensures the VA works directly on your machine or secure cloud space, and no data is stored locally on their end.
