Our Security Standards

Enterprise-Grade Protection

Your Data Security is Our Top Priority

At SageDoer, we understand that you entrust us with sensitive business, customer, financial, and account information. Protecting that data is fundamental to everything we do. Explore our comprehensive security framework below.

Strict Confidentiality & Privacy

All team members are expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information. Client data, documents, credentials, customer information, and business records must never be shared with unauthorized individuals or used for purposes outside the assigned work.

Employee Accountability

Our team members are made fully aware of their responsibility to protect client information and follow SageDoer's internal privacy and security procedures. Any suspected unauthorized access or security concern is reported to management immediately for rapid intervention.

Staff Verification & Documentation

As part of our internal staff verification and accountability process, SageDoer maintains relevant records for each VA assigned to a client. Depending on the client's requirements, we can provide verified staff information and supporting documentation for the assigned VA.

These records may include:

Government-issued ID / identity verification details
Educational certificates and qualification details
Resume/CV and employment history
Relevant professional certifications
Previous work experience and role information
Address and contact details maintained internally
Employment and onboarding records
Any other relevant verification documents available

Where required and appropriate, we can share relevant staff verification details with the client so they have visibility into who is handling their business and customer information.

We believe this provides an additional layer of transparency and accountability while ensuring that client information is handled only by authorized team members assigned to the account.

Need-to-Know Access

Access to client systems and information is provided only to team members who require it for their assigned responsibilities. We avoid providing unnecessary access to client accounts.

Credential Security

Client logins are treated as highly confidential. Our VAs are instructed never to share, disclose, or misuse credentials. We fully support individual user accounts, mandatory MFA, VPN access, and IP restrictions.

Data Minimization

We encourage clients to provide role-based access. By giving VAs access only to the exact systems required for their specific tasks, we drastically reduce unnecessary exposure to sensitive information.

Controlled Information Use

VAs access client information exclusively for legitimate work. Customer records, financial claims, and sensitive documents are never unnecessarily copied, downloaded, stored locally, or transferred.

Secure Work Practices

Our VAs maintain highly professional workspaces. They are trained to prevent unauthorized viewing of screens, exercise caution with sensitive data, and strictly follow your custom data instructions.

Adaptable to You

Different industries have different security requirements. Our team seamlessly integrates into your existing security procedures, utilizing your approved applications and data handling rules.

Secure Technical Infrastructure

Beyond human protocols, we ensure our VAs operate on reliable, secure networks. We support the use of secure password managers (like LastPass or 1Password) to share credentials without revealing the actual passwords to our team.

Rapid Incident Response

In the highly unlikely event of a security concern, our internal reporting mechanism triggers immediate isolation of access. Management is notified instantly to coordinate with your team for swift mitigation and transparency.

Your Trust is Our Greatest Asset

We recognize that granting system access requires immense trust. We take that responsibility seriously. Our approach relies on controlled access, professional integrity, and strict adherence to your specific security requirements before assigning a VA to your account.
