Billing, Payments & Contracts
Yes. We meticulously track your paid hours using reliable time-tracking software. We provide you with full access to this system, allowing you to view visual timesheets of the work completed specifically for your account, ensuring complete transparency.
Our billing cycle runs from the first to the last calendar day of the month (mid-month sign-ups are prorated). During your first month, payments are made weekly. Once we build trust, you transition to monthly billing. Invoices are typically issued around the 20th of each month and are to be cleared by month-end. No advance payment is required to start.
Our preferred payment method is Wise (formerly TransferWise), as it is highly efficient for USD transactions. We also accept PayPal, direct bank transfers, and Payoneer; however, please note that you will be responsible for bearing any transaction and currency conversion costs when using methods other than Wise.
Yes, we offer generous cash discounts for clients who choose to pay in advance for multiple months. You receive a 5% discount for a 3-month advance payment, a 10% discount for a 6-month advance payment, and a 20% discount for a full 12-month advance payment.
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered, but we do provide free, unlimited revisions if needed to ensure you are satisfied. Refunds or adjustments are only permitted in cases where a payment was made by mistake, or if you made an advance payment and no longer wish to utilise the remaining balance.
We strive to deliver such great value that you never want to leave! However, if you do need to discontinue our services, we simply require you to notify us at least one month in advance to gracefully wrap up your account and pending tasks.
We believe in complete flexibility. Aside from the standard one-month cancellation notice, there are no rigid long-term contracts. You pay strictly for the actual hours our team spends executing your tasks, allowing you to scale your support as needed.
Security & Global Reach
Yes, your business confidentiality is 100% protected. We have rigorous security policies in place to safeguard your data. Once your contract with us matures or concludes, all related login credentials and sensitive information are permanently destroyed.
