Does the VA deliver the training live?
Generally, no. Our VAs handle the administrative, technical, and preparatory tasks—such as creating the slide decks, scheduling the Zoom sessions, managing the LMS, and tracking completion. Your internal subject matter experts will still deliver the actual live training.
What if we use a custom or proprietary LMS?
Not a problem. During onboarding, your dedicated Project Manager will learn the workflows of your proprietary system via SOPs or recorded walkthroughs. They will then train the VA to navigate your specific platform flawlessly.
Can the VA help create SOPs from scratch?
Our VAs are excellent at documentation. If your team records a Loom video demonstrating a process, the VA can watch the video, extract the steps, and format them into a beautiful, step-by-step SOP document or playbook.
Do I pay extra for the Project Manager?
