Organization FAQ

You can control access levels. During the "Scope & Secure" phase, we can work within specific folders you've shared. However, for a complete deduplication and reorganization, the VA will eventually need Editor access to the root folders you want cleaned. All work is supervised by the PM and governed by NDA.

Our VAs never permanently delete files without PM approval. During cleanup, we move "potential duplicates" or "junk" into a temporary "Archive_Review" folder. You (or the PM) review this before final purging, and most cloud platforms (Google, SharePoint) maintain a 30-day trash recovery as a final fail-safe.

While we cannot physically sort paper in your office, we can coordinate the logistics. You can ship your documents to a scanning service, and our VAs will manage the digital onboarding—taking the raw scans, OCRing them, and filing them into your new digital taxonomy.
